Thank you for your interest in purchasing a quarter beef from Spear R Ranch! To reserve your ¼ beef, we require a $500 deposit. The remaining balance will be due once your beef has been processed and must be paid before pick-up.

Wondering what comes in a 1/4 beef share? You can expect to receive roughly 80 to 130 pounds of high-quality, butcher-wrapped meat for your freezer. Here’s an example of the cuts and approximate quantities you can expect:

• Ribeye Steaks: ~4 to 6 (¾–1″ thick)
   
• T-Bone or Porterhouse Steaks: ~3 to 4
   
• Sirloin Steaks: ~4 to 6
   
• Filet Mignon (Tenderloin Steaks): ~2 to 4
   
• Flank Steak: 1
   
• Skirt Steak: 1
   

• Chuck Roasts: ~3 to 4 (~2.5–3 lb each)
   
• Arm Roasts: ~2 (~2–3 lb each)
   
• Rump Roasts: ~1 to 2 (~2–3 lb each)
   
• Sirloin Tip Roast: ~1 (~2–3 lb)
   

• Ground Beef : ~40–50 lb total, typically in 1 lb packages
   

• Short Ribs: ~2–3 packages
   
• Stew Meat: ~5–7 lb
   
• Brisket: ~1 half-brisket (~3–5 lb)

For a ¼ beef share, you’ll need approximately 4 to 5 cubic feet of freezer space. This ensures there’s enough room for your steaks, roasts, ground beef, and other cuts to stay organized and frozen properly.
